Peer Reviewer Process
Once the manuscripts are submitted, they undergo a thorough evaluation process to ensure their quality and suitability for publication. The Editor in Chief conducts the initial assessment and carefully reviews each submission to determine its language suitability and alignment with the journal's scope and writing guidelines provided to the authors. If the Editor in Chief deems the manuscript appropriate for further evaluation, it proceeds to the next stage. However, manuscripts that do not meet the initial criteria are promptly returned to the authors with any necessary feedback or suggestions for improvement.
Following the initial screening, a dedicated review team, comprising two expert reviewers, is assigned to assess the manuscript. The review process adheres to the Blind review method, where the reviewers remain unaware of the authors' identities to maintain objectivity. The reviewers meticulously evaluate the manuscript, considering key factors such as originality, significance, and the overall quality of the writing. Their feedback and recommendations contribute significantly to the final decision-making process.
The Editorial Board, vested with the authority to accept or reject manuscripts, thoroughly examines the reviewers' reports along with the manuscript itself. Based on the evaluations and expert opinions provided, the Editorial Board makes an informed decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of the submission. In some cases, they may also request the author to make revisions or provide additional information before reaching a final verdict.
To ensure the integrity of the submitted work, a comprehensive plagiarism screening is conducted using the TURNITIN software. This advanced tool compares the manuscript against a vast database of published works, academic papers, and other sources to identify any instances of plagiarism. Should the similarity index exceed 20% without proper citation or inclusion of a bibliography, the manuscript is promptly rejected. This rigorous plagiarism check helps maintain the highest standards of originality and academic integrity within the journal.
This meticulous evaluation ensures that only high-quality, original, and well-written manuscripts aligned with the journal's scope are accepted for publication. By employing a rigorous review system and utilizing advanced technology, the journal aims to maintain the integrity of scholarly research and provide readers with reliable and insightful contributions to the field.
