Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of product variants, services and facilities simultaneously and partially on consumer satisfaction at the Bolo Cafe in Bangkinang City. The population in this study is the entire level of visits to the Bolo cafe in 2022, which is known to total 16,412 visits. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula to obtain a sample size of 100 respondents. The distribution of questionnaires in this study used accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using a multiple linear regression model. Based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing, product variants, services and facilities have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing, product variants, services and facilities also have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The close relationship between product variants, services and facilities on consumer satisfaction is very strong with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.829. The contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 68.7%, while the remaining 31.3%  influenced by other variables not examined
